The IPANZ New Professionals Conference 2012 will provide a platform for debate, networking and information gathering for the next generation of leaders, thinkers and policy shapers.
The conference will provide a New Zealand-wide and international forum to explore the past, engage with the challenges and successes of the present, and envision the future for the New Zealand public sector.

IPANZ New Professionals are people between the ages of 18 and 39 or who are early to mid-career, working in or with the public sector, who want to meet new people and contribute to building the public sector of the future. Conference delegates will come from throughout New Zealand, the core public service, the wider state sector, local government, and private sector.
